How to Support Reach Out and Read Iowa
Make a Donation
Levels of Sponsorship for Children's Book Purchases
(Books purchased at 40-60% discount of retail price)
$1,000-$2,499: Silver Reader's Circle Provides six months of books to children at one large clinic
$500-$999: Author's Circle Provides one year of books to children at one small clinic
$300-499: Publisher's Circle Provides six months of books to children at one small clinic
$100-$299: Illustrator's Circle Provides between 25 - 75 new books for children
$100 Provides 10 new books for two children
$50 Provides 10 new books for one child

Community Service - Give Back, Give Books!
If you want to do community service this year, consider collecting books or fundraising for Reach Out and Read Iowa. Programs are always in need of new books for children 6 months through 5 years old, and new or gently used books for their clinic waiting rooms.
Here are some simple ways you can support Reach Out and Read Iowa:
Hold a book drive at your company, church, school, or community center. All you need to do is set out a box for collecting new or gently-used books, and advertise with printable flyers, available on our website. Posters and other materials are also available upon request.
Host a dinner party, and ask guests to bring new or gently-used books.
If your school or community center is holding a book or gift fair, ask if you can also collect funds for a local ROR program. Just place a flyer and/or fact sheet and a donation jar near the cashier.
Ask a local store if you can set-up a gift wrapping station in exchange for tips and donations.
